Just the stock standard response to the problem of evil. "God is all powerful but not all powerful" .... apologists put zero thought into why that's a problem.

The concept of what "omnipotence" means is often very poorly thought out. Even limiting it to "what is logically possible" will still twist you into a salty philosophical pretzel. AntiCitizenX (now known as Philosophy: Engineered!) did a video on this (6 years ago now) entitled "The problem of Omnipotence". In my opinion he comes out with a very reasonable definition: The capacity to create, destroy and rearrange matter/energy in accordance with arbitrary whims. As a bonus he also did a video on free will.
