But not generally for the stated reason - though Bill Maher did effectively call for a cull. Boris Johnson wrote "let it rip" at least 3 times while PM. Rishi Sunak (Current PM as of May 2024) disagreed. Boris Johnson argued that they "had had a good innings" - Mostly BJ was all about killing old people not "survival of the fittest".

Looks like a bullshit quote (it didn't come up in a search - Bill and Frank's video did, though). Dawkins knows that genes don't work at the individual level. Evolution is about the change in the frequency of alleles.
