Like I CERTAINLY wouldn't hope the increase in antisemitism across the globe currently should be interpreted as "Well maybe antisemitism is good actually"???? It's not like group consensus DOESN'T matter. Sometimes it's reason to re-think your stance but if 94+% of non-Jewish Americans or non-Jewish Europeans or non-Jewish people globally said that it was very important to their feeling of safety to drive jews from their countries and/or worse then I'd say that's still evil cry-bully DARVO baby shit that should never EVER be taken as valid opinion that they should never be able to escape even a second of shame for holding.

If you want to dive deeply into the claims of “94%” of Canadian Jews supporting Zionism here’s the report of a 2-wave study of this by a self-avowed “progressive Zionist”. https://cjs.journals.yorku.ca/index.php/cjs/article/view/40487/36736 Short story is that it’s complicated. It’s correct that from the survey 94% support Israel as a Jewish state, but also nearly half do not identify as Zionist, and about half of the non-Zionists did not agree that Zionism allows equal rights for non-Jewish Israelis. The author’s claim that basically most non-Zionists are bullied out of identification by nasty coverage of Israel isn’t very convincing. Surveys in the UK and Australia (where I’m from) show about a third of Jews in both don’t identify as Zionists.
