I’ve been slacking on listening to any audios recently but I think this is a perfect place to start it back up. This series really comforted me and helped me sleep back when it first started and I’ll always be grateful that you make content like this Kat, thank you.

This series. Whew. Sometimes you think you’re done with something from your past, but you’re not. These were hard to listen to because everything came flooding back, but ultimately were so helpful. Thank you.
