Yes that's a sure way to get infected by a trojan.
Funny thing about trojans, they do tend to have a whole lot of stuff hidden inside them and that's exactly what's happening to our careless girl here.
She should probably start running out of that building, because there's no telling how heavy that body is going to get.
Walking might be a bit difficult to downright impossible if that growth keeps up.
