On The Next Season of I&K...
🕑 Added 2024-10-20 02:19:47 +0000 UTCLong and short of it is, we're in Japan! It's a trip we've been planning since early 2020 then it was cancelled for no discernible reason at all. Definitely not a historic lockdown pfffft, couldn't be anything like that.
BUT Through the power of time travel it won't affect any of the uploads! They have all been recorded and depending on the votes shall be unleashed.
When we get back we will do a extra large community day on Nov 10th! 4 hours straight since we missed one in October due to midterms.
We shall also be making pilgrimage to the Warhammer 40k store here and will obviously be taking many pictures and videos so be on the lookout for our own personal virtual store tour! (maybe travel guide if you guys want 👀)
On the 30th we'll be having a fun out of studio recap episode and on the 2nd there will be a fun new video from Koda.
After we land though we will be taking a little bit off just to get reacclimatized to US time so the 6th and the 9th of November we'll not have any videos out.
Keep watch out for the next poll. Maybe even a DeathWatch...👀

That time change is a nightmare. I’ve had to jump back and forth from Korea to DC a few times. For the first few days, you’re gonna hit the wall around 2-3 PM. It’s not so bad the first day, but it always takes me about a week to really adapt to the changeover.

Question for the next Q&A: good 40k pc games. I've played a bit of Dawn of War 2, and am currently trying to get a rimworld 40kmod set working, but I'm curious on what you guys can recommend? Especially something with Eldar :D

There are a good amount of themed bars you two could visit and enjoy. Enjoy yourselves and I have a weird travel tip. If possible when searching for a restaurant.... Say sushi, don't type "sushi", but translate it first.

Ditto on the Suica card - you can also get it on your phone in my experience
BirbLord
Quick word of advice from someone who just came from Japan. Make use of the suica card and make sure they have a decent amount of yen in them. They are used for trains, busses, and even vending machines. Also try buying a stamp book and try to collect as many stamps as you can. Various locations across Japan have stamps you can collect. Shrines even draw their stamp on the book for a fee of course but a majority are free. Regardless, have fun!
Ace 7299
