Tacking on my own two cents to the "Just Do" advice, is that this is factually true quite often, but almost always true practically speaking. Sometimes the thing you're spending a ton of time thinking about is just as hard, if not harder than what you're imagining. However! Even if that's true, it will not get easier until you begin to do it. So just do it, you will start to learn, you will start to grow, and this will make it easier far more quickly than thinking about it. In conclusion, Just Do.

I feel like chaos needs more stuff outside of space marines. I think we need Daemons and or warp entities that are not affiliated with one of, or just one of, the chaos gods. Malice was a cool idea that isnt going anywhere. Dark mechanicus would be cool. Maybe chaos creatures that opose the 4 chaos gods that are small fry in the warp but because of the eye of terror splitting the universe in half they start showing up.
