One of your best. But note: When a client brings a painting for you to work your magic on, it's never "inconsequential", no matter the monetary value.

One of my friends got into making up their own watercolours, and after watching this, I feel like I've got to go and do that.

As a chemist who has long been interested in archaeochemistry, as well as paints and pigments this is great!

That ultramarine batch looks beautiful. I want to take a big brush and just play with it, smearing it all over a canvas just to feel that buttery blend and see how the color transforms. Okay, done being weird.

That blue paint looked totally like forbidden blue ice cream!

There’s a lot of literature that they published about the conservation paints and the development- check their website for that, it’s interesting. I don’t think they make the Portland grey or the torrid gray in a conservation p,ain’t but you could ash them- I routinely nag them about making me special batches of colors and they’re super responsive- as you can see it’s not a corporate conglomerate; it’s a small crew.

Hey! Welcome to PDX! come back anytime! But really, it would be fascinating to learn more about how they produce the resin-based conservation paints and the chemistry behind them. Oh, and do they make the Portland Grey in conservation hues?
