I'm not sure where it all began...might've been Sister Anne, bringing back some affliction from a trip to the woods to gather wildflowers. I just know that one at a time, we started to change...started to lose something of ourselves, and with it our dedication to our service. There were claws and fangs...a newfound lust that unraveled us...and an undirected rage that sometimes surfaced, needing an outlet. That's why these pews are largely splinters, now.
Most of the other Sisters are long gone, bounded off into the forest to follow their new calling. I remained...still feeling a bit of attachment to this old place, and also to help others find their way. Look at you...you could use some assistance, couldn't you? You will join us, yes?"
