It did, though she found herself continually glancing at it...something was off, something didn't feel right with it around. Its beady glass eyes seemed to burrow into her soul...
The two of them had a restless, uncomfortable afternoon. Something was making them itch all over...couldn't have been the figurine, it didn't look flea-infested or anything like that. Nonetheless, their bodies ran hot and cold, and their skin was crawling, aching...their eyes met and a wordless thought passed between them. Suddenly she was on the ground, and he was deep inside her, and the figurine sat on the desk mocking her. With each pant and moan, her voice was changing, becoming higher pitched...she looked down to see her arms coated in white fur, with her hands shifting toward paws. Her whole body felt wrong, too much of her was jiggling with each thrust...and her boyfriend's voice behind her sounded different, too...she cried out, contorting, shifting, somehow knowing that neither of them would ever be the same again.
