I found one that looked like what you described, and I know you said to wear gloves when handling it but I sorta forgot that part, I didn't think it would be a big deal. Then I took another look at it, and I wasn't sure anymore since there are a lot of weird mushrooms in these woods, but...a little confession, I've wanted to impress you and prove I can be a good alchemical assistant, so I've been staying up late reading some of your mycology books. I remembered that it said the Tiger's Blood Mushroom tastes a bit like salmon, so I bit off a small amount, and it did. So I grabbed a few more from the patch, and here I am!
What do you mean, did I read the rest of the entry? I think so, but it was a little boring so I might've skimmed it. Why? If they said how it tastes, it should be safe to eat, right? Also, do you have an extra cloak I could borrow? It feels really drafty all of a sudden."
