Chapter 76: I Just Don't Fucking Understand!?? I
.................
Two of the most renowned people in the World have just met, and they were closer to each other than most might believe.
The Marine man was Monkey D. Garp, an extremely famous and powerful Marine vice admiral. His feats as a Marine soldier were met with immense notoriety and prestige, with his actions during one incident in particular bestowing him the title of Hero of the Marines.
And standing before him was someone close to him, but also opposite of him to a certain extent.
It was Monkey D. Dragon, also known as the Rebellious Dragon, the infamous Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army as he has been attempting to overthrow the World Government and is labeled the World's Worst Criminal.
And well, he happened to be Garp's son. Indeed, the Hero of the Marines' son is the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army!!
The two stood face to face with Garp squeezing his right hand into a punch, "Just giving him a bit of tough love."
"I want him." Dragon stated, ignoring Garp's nonsense.
"If you accept a punch full of tough love, then I'll gladly hand him to you!" Garp seemingly jumped at the opportunity.
"I really need him." Dragon stressed, seeming way less emotional than Garp.
"Hmph, since I'm childish, No!" Garp shook his head with a smug smile, getting into a staring contest with Dragon.
Dragon frowned as he side-glanced at Yovan's fucked up body. Well, he was still alive. He could see the faintest sign of him breathing.
"He'll die if he isn't taken care of soon." Dragon stated before turning around only to feel a punch landing on his head, almost taking his head off.
Dragon seemingly didn't respond as he allowed himself to be sent into the horizon with the sheer force of the punch.
Garp had a wide smile on his face as he lifted his first high, letting out a breath at his first, seemingly puffing away an imaginary smoke around his first, "Fist of love! Feels good!!"
He seemed extraordinarily happy, a grin stretching to his ears. Garp then turned his attention to Lucci who was staring at him in a daze, seeming to be on the verge of losing consciousness.
"Oops!" Garp shrugged before 'lightly' touching Lucci on the head, accidentally knocking him out, "Oh no, you're too hurt, so it's natural to have a memory problem after, right?"
His face, however, soon turned solemn as he eyed the unconscious Yovan, "What a monster... This is really a massacre."
He traced his eyes on the Buster Ships in the distance, being able to catch further signs of the massacre, making him frown, "You'll likely be executed."
Garp shrugged as he threw Yovan and Lucci on his shoulders, before eyeing the sky, "Hey News Chicken!! If I see anything about me in the news, I'll pay you a visit!!!"
Afterward, he jumped into the sky, using air as a platform to travel to his ship which wasn't too far away.
In the sky was none other than Morgan who had a wide grin on his face despite hearing Garp's words. He was seemingly floating in the air, but in reality, he was suspended there with a rope coming from high in the sky.
He had two Den Den Mushis on his hands, finding difficulty in keeping his hand from trembling just from sheer excitement.
"This... I... What? What? What? I, Ok?" He was so excited that he was finding it hard to talk, finding it hard to make a coherent sentence.
What had just taken place before him was the greatest News he had ever seen!! And it was all recorded as per his deal with Yovan.
The Den Den Mushis were The Camekos, and they're able to store images and videos, as well as transmit them as signals to their counterpart, the Prokos.
"Go Go Go!!!" Morgans finally screamed with his white feathers rising in excitement as he tried to dance in the air.
Jaya will definitely be buried in the depths of the ocean before the end of the day, and everything that happened today will be deleted from history.
The Marines will surely surround the area very soon, and Morgans wasn't interested in hanging out there to see it happening.
And indeed, soon the Island was entirely surrounded, almost like it was another Buster Call. Strangely, Seizon No Hono seemingly vanished.
The Marines weren't here to see it, but a wave of sand erupted from the ground, sending the Ship into the depths of the ocean. The sand vanished into the ground soon after.
And soon, the Island was erased from history, and under the command of the World Government, everything that took place there was also erased from history as they made sure no one hears about it.
On an Island not far from what was previously Jaya, Morgans appeared, sitting on its edge while waiting for a visitor.
"Yovan Night, huh?" Soon, someone joined him. It was none other than Crocodile. He seemed to be trembling a bit? But it wasn't anywhere near the state of Morgans as he took a painting from Crocodile.
The painting had a name, and Yovan naturally wrote it down on the painting, on its edge, "The Fall Massacre!"
"He will be making an eternal enemy with the World Government if everything goes as he planned..." Crocodile remarked, seeming to be in a trance.
"No, he will be one of their Nemesis, and they'll eliminate him at all costs, so the plans will start a week from now." Morgans shook his head with a grin.
Indeed, the Fall Massacre wasn't the endpoint of Yovan's plans, but merely the start.
"The other things were left with Bege." Crocodile said before turning to sand and vanishing into the ground.
"Kuwahahahahah Kuwagahahahah," Morgans was left laughing out of excitement, and his laugh only got louder as he went back to his flying ship, a colossal Air balloon ship.
He went into a very secretive chamber and burst out laughing because before him were several other paintings, Yovan's paintings.
- The Turtle In Between.
- Feathers Of Desperation.
- Antarisa.
- The Veil Of Darkness.
- The Fall Massacre.
They were handed to him personally by Yovan, and they were the pieces necessary for the Creation of the Pantheon!!
It was an idea Yovan came up with, and all the pieces for its formation were already in place.
All the while, Garp personally escorted a bag of bandages to the Impel Down. The bandages were lumped over Yovan who was still completely unconscious.
Impel Down, also known as the Underwater Prison or the Great Prison, is a government-controlled stronghold in Paradise together with Marine Headquarters and Enies Lobby.
It is the World Government's maximum-security prison for the most dangerous criminals and pirates.
It's located in the middle of the Calm Belt, where Sea Kings thrive, making entrance difficult.
The only way to get there with the greatest of ease is to use the Tarai Current, a water current accessible by going through the Gates of Justice located at either the Marine Headquarters or Enies Lobby.
Garp personally escorted him into the prison, reaching the Impel Down just as Yovan woke up, finding himself in a small cell in the Ship.
He could barely move with all the bandages around his body, so he didn't move. He just closed his eyes and remained wary but calm.
He knew he couldn't do anything anyway considering the Seastones cuff on his hand, making his already destroy body even weaker.
Soon, he found Garp standing before him, eyeing him with a grin, "What a little weasely monster." He shook his head before picking him up by his head, treating him like a sack of flesh despite his state.
"Aghh," Yovan chose to wisely stay silent while ignoring the pain, and he also ignored Garp's next words.
"Don't worry, I will be here to watch your execution. I can even send you away with a fist of love, Buwahahahahaha!" Garp let out a laugh as threw Yovan out of the ship.
Impel Down is a large submerged tower-like structure whose foundation is at the very bottom of the sea bed.
Due to it being built within the Calm Belt, the entire structure is constantly surrounded by gigantic Sea Kings swimming below the water. Along with these beasts, the prison is guarded by a force of Marine battleships.
And its Chief Warden is Magellan, but he was nowhere to be seen there. Instead, the one to catch Yovan was the Vice Warden, Hannyabal as the latter said, "The chief is a bit later, so sorry for that. It makes me wonder why he's the chief in the first place... It's almost like someone else is more fitting to be the Chief Warden... Me in case you didn't catch the hint."
Comments
He was able to survive for a reason that will be discovered soon, a reason he noticed and tested in the previous battle, and it's kinda related to his new title as the Absolute Survivor, but it's okay if you find it boring, hopefully, the next Arc can be to your liking.
Jon
this is starting to be boring and not worth the money. in reality your mc shouldve died long ago, instead youre writing like a shonen author. whats the next bs mystical thing thats going to stop his death and somehow save him? is his will power going to be so high he can survive being decapitated?😑
