Hi! You can see a tag "ver. 1.18". That means, it clothing was created for old version of Vam, without Addon Package system. So, just unrar this archive, and put all folders in Vam directory. If you have any questions, i'll glad to help.

I put this RAR file into the addonpackages folder, and these don't show up when in edit mode and looking through clothing, so how do I fix this?
These look really great. You should do a pre-cum one, it could just be a bead at the tip and a short strand hanging down.
