Hey! Just a note that, with locs, Drake's hair would still be dripping wet, and he'd have to squeeze out as much water as possible and then blow-dry to get them to dry. All of that hair coiled around itself gets heavy, and holds onto a lot of water. Even if the rest of him dried off, his hair would still be wet.
