This is clearly the part of the story where Avery decides to sext and threaten to finish what Rhys started without him. Gives up and does it, and then looks out his window and realizes a big dog was watching... (if you are writing a gay werewolf story this scene is an important plot point and we don't have much longer until even Avery figures this out)
