No this was all Robbs fault, he lost his banner men when he married talisa, and when they beheaded karstark. Roose Bolton was advising Robb but he kept ignoring him, Robb was losing the war so thats why roose Bolton set Jamie free on the count that he tells tywin he had nothing to do with him losing his hand lol
