It was probably the laugh and how quickly he changed his demeanor when he was speaking with his wife. It made me feel like his father-son moment with Killua was just a way to manipulate him.

I'm not sure why you think what the Silva said was all an act? He just believes Killua will come back and lead the family because it's his son.

Another fun fact about the Zoldyck syblings is in their names. We now know 4 of them. Illumi, Milliki, Killua and Kalluto. Between Killua and Kalluto is the 5th, but everyone's name starts with the letters that the older brother's name ends with.
