Also I just remembered, way back in season 3 episode 20, citadel rescue, an enemy droid named K2-B4 that is in a spaceship is a homage to Kobe Bryant as it is also painted yellow and purple. Just a fun fact.

Oh yeah, they do get better and animation improves too.

This is a great episode for Rex, Fives, Jesse and Hardcase (RIP😢). Rex is put in such a tough spot - this whole arc really - between preserving the chain of command and the loyalty to his men/friends, and I think he does his best to handle it. Also, knowing what will happen at the end of the war, it is just eerie to hear Fives telling Rex: "I'm sorry, I cannot just follow orders when I know they are wrong!" 😳
