"What a dick" I mean, to be fair, if anyone deserves to get thrown out of the council it's Heimerdinger.. He founded the city, and yet he has let the underground fall completely to ruin and not even tried lifting a finger. So, if anyone's at fault for how Piltover/Zaun is right now, it's him. All he does is have grand speeches that really means little to nothing. I think people forget that Heimerdinger not only founded Piltover, but is also far older than the city itself. He should be held far more responsible than anyone else.
