May-Nov Preview/Process/Sketchbook PDF
🕑 Added 2019-11-28 05:58:17 +0000 UTCHI this is long overdue, but here we are! I'm releasing a ton of new FE3H/Promare/etc merch on Friday along with a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, so the first thing in this PDF is that entire mess. There are also some previews of some aspirational Promare doujin pages and a lot of The Hunt process tidbits.
Also! I will be changing how I release my previews/process/sketchbook material! Instead of forgetting about these for six months I will just be making single posts of this material as I work on it. I really truly do not sketch much anymore because 1) I draw five comic pages a week I'm tired and 2) I don't allow myself to because it usually results in me making more OCs who I will feel obligated to make another comic for (The Hunt is a direct result of this) and I can't.
Tentatively not going to post my thumbnails for my comics anymore unless people really really want them? Speak up if you do and I'll take it into consideration, but it's a very redundant thing for me to post since y'all are gonna see the finished pages anyways.
You can find most of the previous sketchbooks in this tag: https://www.patreon.com/lucid/posts?tag=Sketchbook%20PDF
I've marked where the NSFW/spoilery content starts as usual!
If you are having a hard time downloading the PDF from Patreon (this seems to especially be a problem on mobile), please go to https://yaoi.biz/extras/sketchbook/ after logging in with your Patreon account in the upper right corner. You can download all the sketchbook PDFs from there.
Enjoy! :)

Lucid, your comments bring an additional level of joy to all your works. You calling out your own creations, accepting that yes if you make this hot character he's going to have a boyfriend which then means he'll need his own story so maybe not bring him in, and then just EVERY comment you've ever written just brings me unending happiness. You're a treasure.

OH you mean share finished Occultus pages with lower tiers?? I can't really do that since Occultus replaced the nsfw extras for $10+ patrons! I'd have to find something else to replace it with and I physically can't do that haha;; The $5 tier will still get any sketches/previews I do on this tier, they will just be in individual posts instead of pdfs.

LOL we could be a couple pages behind the next tier? Id love the sketches if they existed Buuuut ... Problem with that lmao
Karen
I love seeing your sketches and thumbnails, but I know how bogged down you are with multiple comics now. It's a lot of work! Maybe you can get back to it after Avialae is done? I won't hold you to it though!

*does a tired anime pose bc I'm no longer capable of sketching raw ideas without committing too hard* And what part of occultus would you like to see? The thumbnails? Sketches? (There are no extra sketches trust me lmao;;)
Leah
I'm totally on this tier for the sketchbook stuff. I love your finished works, but sketches tend to be my favorite. Just seeing the artists raw ideas is so cool. Maaaaybe share Occultus with us, just behind the $10 tier since we don't get regular sketches ;) ;) (it's worth asking!)
