Regarding Ben at Sweetums: I'd say the combination of it being a charity branch -- effectively trying to offset the company's damage -- and the fact no one wants the company to leave makes the job reasonable. Pawnee is an industrial candy town, which would sound crazy except for Hershey, PA.
