If you are the one who sent me this costume request, I apologize for not meeting your expectations. However, Ex costumes are not available for free as they are exclusive sponsor content. I wrote "The completed mod may be released as public in the future." on the last paragraph of the request details page. https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/93458710 To prevent this from happening again, we will review some of the page structure, etc. (e.g., mentioning in a prominent place that it may be open to the public).

I see that the requested work is generally available to the public and anyone can obtain it. That is unfortunate. I paid to have it created and I am not happy that there are people who can get it without paying. I guess I'll have to think about sending in my request now.
