Notification : change in distribution content.

This change will take effect in April.

No changes to BIG sponsors.
Access to the latest head mods, dress mods, and Chara cards will remain the same.
Sponsor tiers will change.
As before, allow access to Headmod created 3 months ago, in addition to the latest Dressmod.
As a result, this is no different from the content that sponsored tiers have had access to up until now.
And the only publicly available content will be the Dressmod from three months ago.
The headmod will be content exclusive to each sponsor tier.
I anticipate that this change of mine will cause some confusion.
