Also in the Manga its said king crimson is stronger then Star Platinum but is slower, he makes up for it when erasing time/predicting the future, but when the world stops time, it stops him from erasing it

The face on his forehead can see 15 seconds of the future while his full ability can erase 10 seconds of the past, its got a cool down to it too, also it affects the world all at once, that's why when the gang was outside everything was skipping
