She's been eating... crab cakes maybe

She's usually been 7'2(2.184m) her bones are super dense, which is mostly why she is unnaturally strong, so using the Square cube law and taking an average 1.6m height(H1) for the average woman, as well as an estimated body volume of 0.06m3(V), average human body density is 985kg/m3, but since Pherah has much denser bones, 1450kg/m3(D)should be decent. Finally the formula to find Pherah's weight would be something like ((Pherah's height in meters/H1)^3)VD = Pherah's weight in kilograms ~ (2.184m÷1.6m)^(3)×0.06m3×1450kg/m3 = 221kg. So that's like 480lbs normally. Now she's somewhere around 8ft tall, so 650lbs sounds okay.
