Zombie apocalypse here we go. Thanks for the chapter.

bor902

It was meant to built suspense, not knowing what was initated. I guess it didn't work that well though

The writing is the same quality (top!). But definitely was surprised when it ended there. It might just be that I’m used to longer chapters though

Johannes

Maybe a little? The best thing I could compare it to is maybe an ad break. Doesn't really change the content but is slightly annoying. If it helps you get more readers I'd go for it tho

"Thankfully it was only Elder Flower who seemed to have heard the small conundrum occurring within his threat" Threat > throat

Yeah of course a range. The middle of the conversation thing was rather just an attempted cliff hang. I'll note down that it didn't work that well

I would for a range, let's say 1800-2200 instead of 2000 words It feels wrong to just cut the chapter in the muddle of a conversation

bor902

That's a good point, but the question is if this chapter felt wonky and lower quality?

> They are very different in the sense that they do not jump, but rather shamble. The term we are considering to classify the general category is zombie.” > Jin swallowed his spit at the utterance of that particular phrase and nearly choked. Thankfully it was only Elder Flower who seemed to have heard the small conundrum occurring within his threat as she tilted her head slightly to give him an odd look. Lmao bro. This is so silly. It's so good. > She turned to the blue-robed Elder who had spoken previously. “How is the progress on the multi-access Room modem?” she asked brusquely. Clearly, he's eventually going to make SAO. > This is primarily to cut the work into smaller pieces thus making it easier for me, but also because the current public domain  an areawebnovel websites privilege quantity of chapters, and not their length. Yes, but this is also the worst. I can live with it fine when it's chapters updating every day, or all weekdays, or whatever. But it sucks ass when it's once a week or even twice a week. Also tends to make chapters feel wonky, since it's not using more natural starts and stops. Instead it's constant interrupts. I also figure you messed up this sentence. Idk what public domain has to do with it, or what areawebnovel is. But you do you, gotta do what you need to do to make you money. Hopefully. Just a shame that that seems to coincide with lowered quality. I'll stay around as long as I'm having fun. Though I do pay a lot for this patreon in particular iirc. Though you do upload a decent word count... I also suspect that other authors actually write in bigger blocks and then split it up, to make it feel somewhat more seamless. And just make it so the chapter doesn't really have as much of a concrete end, and instead just turn the cut in the middle into a dumb cliffhanger.
