Good job on the audio! At this point I feel the doctor needs to do something with her head, because it has really been engulfed by all other muscles. As it is now I doubt she can see anything other than pecs and ceiling - and I don't think she could stand that view for long;) So something needs to be done there, perhaps with more unintended consequenses?
