I think I just answer my question now. Probably the only real thing that can stop her is a nuke but, I think the doctor already thought about that already because she spend the whole night in that tube changing her body. She might be a god(dess) now.

Yes there was a impressive size difference from #26 to #27. I guess seeing her standing next to the Scientist and the tank gave quite a different perspective on her size from #27.

The size difference to #27 isn't that big, the normal growth between all episodes. the difference between #26 and #27 was a jump.
