When Pops mentioned his time being up soon because of his age and condition of his body, and Anton said, “But Pops I just met you.” I almost cried. When Charleston said that 11 year old boy was smoking crack, I broke down. It broke my heart. Other races and Islanders don’t have in their heads and hearts what we have over here, and thus they aren’t guided so poorly. Almost every brother I know whose American is busted down and broke just like me. I have to accept responsibility for my circumstances. Best of luck to everyone. For what it’s worth tho, I’m two months drug free and I have been able to save money. Baby steps. Thanks Anton. Thanks Charleston.
