Was in Tampa yesterday and saw this spot. I’m in Tampa often with family and associates (attended USF). This is great location and like Mikhail mentioned, also growing and developing. Downtown during the week sees so much foot traffic from locals and tourists (business, UT, museums, outdoor activities, etc.). I would move back to Tampa if the opportunity ever presented itself.

I live in St.Petersburg which is next to Tampa and I hang out at river walk and channel side sometimes. It’s a great area and Tampa like st.pete is continuously growing with new business and folks moving in from out of state to get that “less expensive miami” vibe.
