Hey Anton just an idea. Would you be willing to have a (team B) as it were for the seat at the table? Basically folks that don't or can't make their prescribed call time (5 or 10 min grace period) would then forfeit their one day time slot to the alternate. I'm sure those of us waiting in the wings would drop what we got going on to have a constructive bag talk.
