I agree with everything said in this video. I used to be a control freak and live from a duress mindset. I seen it wasn’t serving me well. I’m only one person . I started to do better when I started to train others to replace me. Give other the autonomy to do the job and learn along the way. Next , financial Analysis is important. Many people fail to do this , there for having no KPI’s performance metrics to identify the status of how the business is going and when to pivot. You should always play to your strengths. Next, this can also be applied to one’s relationships . I’ve dated men that wanted to be man and the women in the relationship. Unfortunately , those living in a duress mindset will always trip over theirselves. When In doubting alway hire out.
