Yeah I’m known to walk up to people and start and convo with them, the people I’m around tend to feel embarrassed or surprised that I’m able to do that. Sometimes being around people that are insecure can have an impact on me if I don’t pay attention that they are putting their insecurities on me

As of OCT2023 @Tech Coach Ralph found the following workaround for this Patreon bug ➡️ "if you click on the 3 dots in the top right to expand a menu and chose 'Copy Link' to open in your web browser choose the option to stay on web if it pops up (don't open in app) you should be able to play the video."

This is 100% accurate. This is where emotional intelligence come in to play. I just finished a 3 day leadership conference. We had gatherings and dinners at the Dearborn inn and Detroit athletic club. When I worked the room, I got to mingle with executives, presidents, and CEO's who didn't know much about me. I found a way to connect with them on life in general, not just work. The next day a coworker reported to me that the "Higher ups" spoke very Highly of me. Two managers were looking to recruit me for different divisions in the company. All I did was treat them like human beings instead of "Rich Bosses" .

This was such a great video! I think that the pandemic and mandates caused people to become more antisocial and diminished social skills in general. I, personally, struggle a lot with talking with people because of how awkward and shy I can be.
