Can't see the Vimeo video? As of OCT2023 @Tech Coach Ralph found the following workaround for this Patreon bug β‘οΈ "if you click on the 3 dots in the top right to expand a menu and chose 'Copy Link' to open in your web browser choose the option to stay on web if it pops up (don't open in app) you should be able to play the video."

I've heard something similar in basic training. My Drill Sergeant said "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast" while we were doing iterations on clearing a building. Started sloppy and 'fast' making a ton of mistakes, adjusted it, then it was smooth and fast with little to no error. I still follow that today but in a different sense. Great video!
