Hello! I just checked, but these should still be working with the latest update. It's possible maybe there's a conflict with another body preset in your game.

This is stunning! Sorry to comment on such an old post, but as a heads up for some reason these presets aren't showing up alongside my custom other body presets in cas. Any idea of how I can get them to show up?

Like Nick said below, cas.fulleditmode will be your best friend.

SARI MAYDEW-Use the cheat code (cas.fulleditmode) and you will be able to change anything on an existing sim. Type in the code before you go into CAS

Ohh perfect! These are fantastic - thank you! I'm being a bit dim but I'm not sure how to apply this to an existing Sim (if that's even possible)? I've never used presets before. I Googled and found that they're in the same section in CAS as skin tones, but my game won't show me that section on existing Sims.
