October 2024 Update

Wanted to hop on and give an update on what I'm working on and respond to some comments and messages I'm getting.
I want to acknowledge that I've missed a bunch of comments and patreon DM's. Admittedly, I struggle with keeping up with these because Patreon themselves have frustratingly buried these kinds of notifications. I used to get phone notifications of DM's and I just don't any any more. Comment notifications get buried under sub and unsub notifications which I tend to not look at for my own mental healtyh to be perfectly honest. The best way to reach me in a way that I'm able to respond quickest is on discord, either through posting in the community discord or through DM'S (ChrisPyre). Still I’ll try to better monitor comments and DM’s here on Patreon.
Couple of known issues:
- Muscle Worship: Physique updating constantly. If you are running into this issue and you have MCCC please send me sim detail logs on the sims this is happening to. You can pull this by going into MCCC and selecting MC Commands>Logging Commands>Log Sim Details and Select “Select All Options” and “Create Detail Log” before confirming. This will create a log file with the date and the sims name in the same folder that the MCCC mod folder is saved. This will help me find what conflicting trait or buff could be causing the physique update.
- Muscle Worship causing lag.
- Gay Archetype lot Traits causing Last exceptions (If you’re getting this please send full LE’s my way.”)

Onto more exciting things: after updating the musk mod last month, I’ve started working on the next iteration of the mod featuring custom animations. I’ve been refamiliarizig myself with blender and looking at how existing two sim animations function so that I can start building my own. I’m also building and testing more gameplay around musk and its impacts on relationships. Always open to any suggestions or requests folks may have. Since this will be a much higher effort update, the early access to Musk Mod 2.0 will be reserved for the $15 tier.
I also have another project in the works, that is not sims related, but is utilizing a lot of the skills I’ve learned as well as the themes and topic in my mods. I’m looking to adapt some of my old writing into indie games. It’s early days yet, and I’m starting on an old copy of RPG maker, but I def want to start branching off of the sims into my own homoerotic creations. This will not replace my sims work, and in fact I plan on making updates/demos for that project available to all paid patrons so as not to take away from the folks just here for sims mods, and to start giving some love to the $3 patrons (I see and appreciate y’all!)

Just to let you know the "gay achetype" works great with the new update and muscle worship and immersive cuckold too, no conflict, no LE with mccc ... really nice work^^

That said if you ever find a creator who would be inclined to make it, I'm happy to share my mod constructor files to give them something to start with :)
