Best of luck, Riki!!! I'd send you my super warm boots but I can guarantee you they would not fit... and not because they'd be too small! Suppose you could fill them in by wearing multiple socks... anyways, just stay as dry as possible. Cross country skiing I always bring a spare shirt so stopping at a lake for lunch I peel off all tops and let the cold breeze dry me off for a couple of minutes... then put the new dry shirt on. Sounds crazy but keeps me warmer during lunch and frees up blood to go to the extremities. I gotta stop with these long posts lol

There's something to be said for a good pair of water resistant boots and warm socks. 43 years later im getting closer to finding a pair. I LOVE new socks. 🤤
