“Waaa!”
“Kill him!!”
“If you lose, you’ll owe me 100 gold, you damn orc!”
“Don’t let a human lose to an orc!”
The air trembles with provocative and intense shouts.
The arena is filled with a heat incomparable even to a racetrack.
A human and an orc are fighting in the arena.
Both are bleeding, fiercely clashing sword and club.
“Oh! The orc is down!”
In an instant, a sword pierces the orc’s neck, and the announcer’s voice echoes through the arena.
“Tsk…”
I barely hold back a curse from slipping out.
The money I bet on the orc vanished into thin air in an instant.
“Is something wrong?”
Selena looks at me with a puzzled face.
“It’s nothing.”
No need to mention that I sneaked off for a moment to place a bet.
“It’s always so intense here.”
Selena looks down at the packed stands and the battling arena.
Where we are is a space open only to the high and mighty-an optimal spot to watch the fights.
Here, it’s just Selena, me as her bodyguard, and the man managing the arena-only three people.
“Haha, it’s all thanks to Lady Selena.”
A middle-aged man laughs heartily.
He’s big and muscular-he looks like someone who could have fought in the arena himself.
“So there are no issues, right?”
“Ah, well… it’s about that incident I mentioned before.”
He glances at Selena cautiously.
“You mean the fighter who disappeared before the match?”
“Yes… it’s been happening more often lately.”
Fighters disappearing from the arena is a bigger deal than one might think.
Especially when money is on the line, it’s even more serious.
“Didn’t they just break their contracts and run away?”
“There are too many unnatural aspects for that.”
Selena furrows her elegant brow, deep in thought.
“That’s a big problem. How are people reacting?”
“We’ve barely managed to keep it quiet so far, but if it keeps up…”
“There’ll be major problems running the arena.”
After a moment, she looks at me.
At the same time, the man she was talking to also turns his gaze to me.
“I have an idea.”
This is giving me a bad feeling.
“I think I’ll leave it to my bodyguard.”
Of course, my bad feeling is spot-on.
“Oh! So this is the new hire…”
He looks me up and down in admiration.
“I vouch for his skills. Yujin.”
“Yes, Lady Selena.”
“For now, investigate this incident.”
She’s wearing a rather sly smile.
Is this payback for yesterday?
I did tease her a bit, but she enjoyed being under me just as much.
Looks like I’ll have to put my plans for an easy life on hold for now.
“Understood.”
“Oh! Now I have nothing to worry about!”
The man responds with visible joy.
He looks like a general, but his reaction is more like a sycophantic flatterer.
“Then I’ll leave this matter entirely to you. I’ll provide whatever expenses you need.”
Selena looks at me as if she knows everything.
She already seems aware I got my salary in advance.
But I won’t be intimidated by something like that.
I confidently ask her,
“Yes. How should I claim expenses?”
“It’s best not to let anyone know you’re investigating, so use this.”
Selena quickly takes out a jewel and hands it to me.
Did she expect things to go this way?
She acts as if she was waiting for this.
She really is the resourceful noblewoman the rumors say.
Though, when she’s under me, she’s just a lewd married woman moaning in pleasure.
“First, could you tell me more about the suspicious aspects?”
“Of course! All the missing fighters had good records in the arena.”
Is someone targeting the top performers?
Why target the strong fighters specifically?
If it was just about money, it’d be a hundred times easier and more efficient to go after merchants.
It really is a strange case.
“Anything else unusual?”
“No, nothing else at all…”
Suspicious.
Several fighters have disappeared, yet there’s not a single clue.
That means someone is deliberately erasing the evidence.
“Sigh…”
I let out a small sigh.
Looks like I’ve gotten myself into a real headache.
At the very least, this isn’t the work of just one or two people.
It must be a planned, organized operation.
“I’ll look into the rest myself.”
I might as well solve this case.
I’ll be staying here for a while, and having an unresolved incident hanging over the place is bothersome.
Besides, the more stable Selena’s position is, the better for me.
“I’m counting on you.”
Selena still looks at me with that smile-both annoying and lovely.
They say a beauty’s smile is a weapon, and it’s true.
One day, I’ll make sure to break that expression and show her writhing in pleasure.
“First, make me an arena fighter.”
“An arena fighter?”
At this point, I doubt I’ll find any clues just by investigating.
If there were, the arena manager or Selena would have found them already.
It’s easier to just be the bait myself.
“If I win matches, the culprit is more likely to approach me directly.”
The manager looks at me with concern.
“But you’ll have to fight other fighters. What if you get hurt…?”
“I’m confident in my skills, so don’t worry.”
Plus, if I fight myself, I can make money too.
Instead of betting on who will win, I can just bet on myself.
“I promise there will be no penalties if anything happens to him.”
Only after Selena personally promises does the manager’s face relax.
“Understood. How should we schedule the match?”
“Let’s go with the strongest fighter in the arena. That’ll be fastest.”
It’s both a way to catch the culprit and a great chance to make money.
A newcomer suddenly defeats the arena’s top fighter?
The odds will be through the roof.
“I’ll set the schedule as soon as possible and let you know.”
Until then, I’ll enjoy myself… and keep taming Selena at my leisure.
I knock on the door of the antique office.
Knock knock-
“Come in.”
When I enter, Selena is sitting with her usual dignity.
“What is it?”
“I’ve come to carry out your orders, Lady Selena.”
“Orders? Do you mean the incident from earlier?”
She tilts her head.
Looks like she doesn’t remember.
“Didn’t you order me to fuck you every night?”
At my crude words, her face turns red.
She finally remembers.
During sex last night, she definitely said those crude words herself.
“T-that…!”
Selena hesitates cutely.
After a moment, she regains her composure and speaks.
“Forget about that.”
Oh? So that’s how you want to play it?
“Your orders are conflicting, so I’ll have to use my own judgment. The best subordinates always know their boss’s true intentions.”
I stride over to her.
“W-what are you doing?”
“The best way to know Lady Selena’s true feelings is to ask her body.”
I slip my hand under Selena’s white dress.
I feel the soft skin of a married woman-and her panties.
“Ah!”
Selena flinches, but unlike last time, she doesn’t try to run or resist.
“Shall we check?”
I whisper in her ear.
She turns her head away in embarrassment, but her trembling reveals her anticipation.
“Ugh…”
I feel a moist liquid at my fingertips.
She’s already wet with anticipation, even though I haven’t started touching her yet.
She really is a lewd married woman, so different from her usual dignified appearance.
But I like that about her.
“Looks like you’ve already answered, even though we haven’t even started.”
Selena bites her lovely lips.
It’s clear even from the outside that her instincts and pride are still fighting in her head.
“If you won’t say it yourself, I’ll just have to keep checking until you admit it out loud.”
I gently caress her pussy.
“Hngh…”
Even with just light touching, her love juices gush out, soaking her white panties.
“Lady Selena’s body is very honest with its answers.”
I insert my fingers into Selena’s pussy.
Warm and pleasant to the touch.
She’s already wet, even though I haven’t really started.
“T-that… haah!”
“Let’s make it your goal today to admit your lewdness and be honest.”
