How did it come to this?
Sitting on the bathroom floor, Akari held Yuu from behind, her mind replaying the same question over and over.
The cramped space was filled with the sounds of wet skin and heavy breathing, mixing with the steamy air that dulled both sight and reason.
The cold, damp tiles pressed against bare skin, but such sensations were long pushed to the edge of awareness. All of Akari’s focus was on the unfamiliar presence in her hands.
“Ugh.”
“S-sorry, did that hurt?”
Yuu’s small body flinched in her arms, and Akari instinctively asked with concern.
“N-no, it doesn’t hurt, but it keeps feeling weird. Sis… why did my thing get so big? Am I sick?”
The innocent voice was a stark contrast to the abnormal reality before her.
The contradiction left Akari breathless.
“Uh, well, you see…”
Stammering in confusion, Akari unconsciously stroked the thick object in her hand.
She’d noticed when she untied his towel, but the size and heat were still hard to believe.
A sticky, obscene sound echoed through the humid bathroom as her hand slid up and down his shaft, from the base to the swollen, mushroom-shaped tip.
“Usually, boys’ bodies change like this when they grow up, or when they, um, feel really good, or… No, that’s not it…”
She rambled, giving a clumsy sex-ed explanation, but her hand didn’t stop. In fact, it became bolder, slowly wrapping and releasing from the base to the tip.
As her movements grew more intense, Yuu leaned back into Akari’s arms, panting.
…Seeing her little brother respond so honestly to her every touch, Akari was overwhelmed by emotions she couldn’t name.
Then-
Knock, knock.
“Akari? Are you in there?”
Daiki’s voice from outside made Akari freeze, her heart skipping a beat as her hand stopped.
“Huh? Daichan?!”
Why now, of all times?
Her mind went blank, but there was no time to dwell on it.
Akari hurriedly pulled Yuu closer, shielding his front with her body in case Daiki peeked through the door.
“You’ve been in there a while. Is everything okay?”
“N-no, nothing’s wrong! Yuu was sweaty so I was giving him a bath. What’s up?”
She tried to sound calm, but her voice trembled uncontrollably.
“Oh, it’s just… I think I was too sensitive earlier. Sorry, Akari. I was only thinking about myself.”
Daiki’s words sounded more like an awkward attempt to smooth things over than a sincere apology. But Akari had no room to care about that now.
“No, it’s fine! I’m sorry too, for being so emotional.”
“Um… after dinner, maybe we could go out for a walk, or find something to do around here… Though, there’s probably not much in this countryside.”
Normally, she would have been quick to forgive him, but-
“Yeah. If you look, there are some nice spots. I’ll show you around after we’re done.”
“Really…? Do you think the stars really pour down at night, like people say?”
Daiki’s hopeful question left Akari speechless for a moment, but she quickly recovered.
“Daichan, let’s talk about it later. I’m almost done here.”
At that moment, Yuu’s small hand reached for Akari’s wrist.
In a trembling voice, he whispered in her ear,
“Sis… I-I feel weird… Like something’s about to burst inside…”
“Eh?!”
Akari looked down to see Yuu’s flushed ears and his small shoulders rising and falling rapidly.
And in her hand, his erection throbbed even more violently, swelling with heat.
“What’s wrong, Akari? Is something happening?”
“N-no, it’s nothing! Yuu just said his stomach hurts! We’ll be out soon, just wait in the living room!”
Akari called out hastily to Daiki, then leaned in and whispered to Yuu, her voice trembling with confusion, hesitation, and a heat she couldn’t name.
“…Yuu, don’t hold it in. It’s okay to let it out. If you do… the pain and weird feeling will go away. I’ll… I’ll take care of everything, okay? Just let it all out. Got it?”
She gripped his hot, hard penis again and began stroking it quickly, trying to bring him to climax.
Even though she knew this was far from normal, Akari couldn’t stop. She didn’t even know if she wanted to.
All she could think was that she had to comfort Yuu-and end this forbidden situation as quickly as possible.
“Hnngh, hngh…”
Akari let out an involuntary moan as she stimulated Yuu.
Yuu’s body shook again, signaling he was close.
“Hnngh…! S-sis… I-I can’t hold it anymore…!”
“It’s okay. Just let it out. All of it, right here in my hand, okay?”
“Ahh!”
At last, Yuu’s small body convulsed, and hot, thick fluid spurted into Akari’s palm.
A sticky, pungent scent filled the air.
Akari kept gently stroking him until he was completely spent, her lips unconsciously letting out a lewd sound.
When it was over, Yuu slumped against Akari’s chest like a rag doll.
“I’ll wait in the living room, Akari. I’m hungry.”
Meanwhile, Daiki, oblivious to everything, walked away from the bathroom.
Once his footsteps faded, silence returned.
Akari stared blankly at the sticky, white fluid in her hand.
She couldn’t believe so much had come from such a small body.
The sharp, musky scent and lingering heat made it all feel real.
“Haah… haah…”
Suddenly, Daiki’s penis flashed through her mind.
He was older, with a strong, athletic body, but even he had never ejaculated this much.
‘…What am I thinking?!’
Akari shook her head, trying to banish the blasphemous thought.
But the feelings that had been stirred up wouldn’t settle.
Thump.
A strange heat began to swirl inside her, rising from deep within her chest.
It was far too dangerous to be mere curiosity, and far too hot to be simple sympathy.
…As the steam in the bathroom faded, Akari’s cheeks remained flushed.
She forced herself to act normal, lifting Yuu’s limp body and carefully washing away the traces from his body, her hands, and her thighs.
Yuu quietly let her do as she wished.
“Sis, thank you. The pain’s all gone now.”
“Y-yeah. I’m glad you’re better.”
Akari awkwardly replied, wrapping Yuu in a big towel.
Even as she dried him off, her gaze kept drifting to the space between his legs.
Even after climax, it still looked intimidating.
Seeing that thing, she felt a wave of dizziness and a fear she couldn’t name.
“Um, sis.”
“Yeah?”
“If I… if I feel that pain again later… can I ask you to help me like before?”
His voice was full of innocent anxiety and a desperate need for reassurance.
Akari was momentarily speechless.
The warmth clinging to her back and the voice in her ear sent a mix of guilt and trembling through her.
“…Uh, well…”
She licked her dry lips.
She should have refused.
She should have firmly said this wasn’t normal.
But she couldn’t.
“…We’ll think about it when the time comes. For now.”
Neither a yes nor a no-a vague answer.
But Akari knew.
She knew that with those words, she’d left the door open, even if just a crack.
As she towel-dried Yuu’s hair, she felt a foreboding about what her answer might lead to…
And at the same time, a dangerous anticipation, as if she’d just cracked open a forbidden door, wrapped around her whole body.
