The shop owner wiped the cold sweat from Heo Seong-ah’s forehead, who was trembling in fear.
“You don’t have to be so scared, it doesn’t hur-oh!”
Suddenly remembering something, she let out a surprised shout.
“Sorry, customer~”
“Why?”
“I forgot to buy anesthetic since there haven’t been any customers lately~ What should I do~?”
“Hmm…”
“If you make a reservation and come back later, I’ll pierce you nicely~”
“How long would that take?”
“Maybe… in about three months?”
Since this wasn’t a licensed shop but an illegal clinic, anesthetics had to be obtained through a special broker.
That process was complicated, difficult, and expensive.
She said three months to be safe, but it could easily take over a year.
“Hmm…”
After a moment’s thought, Jun-ha shook his head.
“Just do it without anesthesia.”
“Yes, customer~”
“Hhic.!!”
Heo Seong-ah, listening blankly, turned pale.
She’d always been too scared to even get her ears pierced.
The thought of getting piercings without anesthesia made her dizzy with fear.
“Are you really going to do it without anesthesia~? It hurts a lot more than you think~”
“Yes, please do it that way.”
Jun-ha wasn’t patient enough to wait months.
He wanted to see Heo Seong-ah covered in piercings as soon as possible, and if it hurt, it was her pain to bear.
“Oh my~ Sorry~ Your master says to do it without anesthesia~?”
“Hhic…”
The shop owner smirked, showing she wasn’t sorry at all.
“This time, it’s okay to be scared~ It’ll really hurt a lot~”
“Uh… um… p-please… save me…”
So terrified she could barely speak, Heo Seong-ah began to cry.
It was a pitiful sight, but as a paid worker, the shop owner had no say.
“Don’t tell me, tell your master~”
“…Hhic… I don’t want to…”
She’d already pleaded with her master several times…
He never listened.
“Let’s just get the piercing over with, okay~?”
“Uuu…”
Wearing latex gloves, the owner grabbed Heo Seong-ah’s tongue.
“Bveee…”
Her tongue stuck out so far it touched her chin.
With skilled hands, the owner placed her tongue in the piercing device and pressed the button.
Click-
“Nyeeeaaah!”
A sharp needle shot out, piercing the tip of her tongue.
Feeling the stinging pain, Heo Seong-ah’s eyes went wide and she screamed.
It wasn’t the worst pain, but the psychological fear of getting a piercing made it feel worse.
“Don’t be a baby~”
The owner laughed it off, saying a tongue piercing was nothing.
She inserted a ring-shaped piercing into the hole and fastened it.
The vertical ring sat inside her mouth, rubbing her gums and the roof of her mouth.
Unable to close her jaw as usual, Heo Seong-ah instinctively clenched down on the piercing.
“Nyeaaah!”
The piercing bent sideways, ripping open the fresh hole in her tongue.
It felt like her tongue had been sliced with a blade.
“See, you should’ve kept your mouth open and still~”
“Heuee…”
Blood mixed with saliva dripped down her lips.
Fortunately, it wasn’t bad enough to need stopping the bleeding.
The owner picked up a stake-shaped piercing and disinfected Heo Seong-ah’s navel with an alcohol swab.
“Hhuek..!”
The cold alcohol swab rubbed her lower belly.
She tried not to think about it, but her nerves focused on her soon-to-be-pierced navel.
“If you move, I might hit an organ~”
Thud-
“Kyaaaaaaaaaaa!”
A pain she’d never felt before.
A tiny needle less than a centimeter deep made her feel like her whole body had been pierced.
“Aaaagh! It hurts!!”
Heo Seong-ah screamed in pain, but the owner calmly inserted the piercing through the hole and connected it.
“Done~”
The unfamiliar stake-shaped piercing.
Unlike the usual vertical piercings with two holes, this one needed only a single hole.
She inserted the straight rod into the vertical hole and twisted the ring at the top.
The inserted part spread open like a flower and locked in place.
Usually, vertical piercings are decorated with cubic stones, but Jun-ha wanted a stake piercing with a small ring for another purpose.
“Now, let’s do the one between your pussy and asshole~”
Before touching the sensitive area, the owner disinfected her latex gloves again.
Infection could be fatal, so this step, though tedious, was essential.
“Ugh..!”
The owner’s hand slipped between Heo Seong-ah’s legs.
“Oh my~ Are you getting aroused from the piercing~? You’re so wet~”
“Hhuuuk…”
She made humiliating comments while teasing her vulva.
Heo Seong-ah hated it, but her pussy kept leaking, which stressed her out.
It wasn’t just her pussy.
After all the harsh training, her sphincter was weaker than a normal person’s.
Her wide-open urethra would leak urine if she relaxed even a little, and her ruined anus was even worse.
“Hoohoo~”
The owner grinned, squishing her sticky pussy.
She seemed excited to ruin such a pretty hole, and disinfected the piercing spot with an alcohol swab.
“Hhic… hheek..!”
Where exactly was she touching?
Every time the alcohol swab touched her, Heo Seong-ah’s body twitched.
“Hhiiik..!”
The stimulation was so intense it gave her goosebumps.
“You know~? There’s nothing in the space between your pussy and asshole~ If you carefully pierce the spot where the vaginal wall meets the rectal lining, you can make someone orgasm just by squeezing, without even touching the pussy~!”
“Uuuu…”
It sounded like a lie.
She couldn’t believe it.
But…
Seeing the owner so confident with the piercing device made her even more terrified.
“If you move, you’ll really get hurt~? This one has to be done carefully. If you mess up, you could pierce the pussy or asshole too.”
“Kkuuk… hhic.!!”
Heo Seong-ah wanted to relax and stay still.
But every time her sensitive spot was touched, her hips jerked involuntarily.
Once the owner found the right spot, she pressed the button and drove the needle in.
Click-
“Kkuuk.!!”
It didn’t hurt as much as she’d feared.
There weren’t many blood vessels or nerves there.
You could barely tell she’d been pierced.
“Now for the piercing… see this~?”
“Eh…”
What she held could barely be called a piercing-it was a huge needle, about 10 cm long, with a thick, blunt handle.
“I’m going to push it in all at once, so relax~”
“Kkeuaaaang..!”
She really did shove it in at once, making Heo Seong-ah’s hips lift off the chair.
“Kkeuuuk..! Uuk..! Haa..!!”
Heo Seong-ah felt a strange foreign sensation in her precious spot.
Her sphincter clenched, tightening her lower belly, and the barely anchored rod piercing wobbled side to side like it was blowing in the wind.
“Ah… aaang..!”
It tapped the rectal lining and vaginal wall, making the sensation even more uncomfortable.
Every time she clenched, her hole twitched uncontrollably.
“Uuuk..!”
Slowly…
Very slowly, a wave of pleasure rose up.
“Haa… aa… aaaaheung… haat… haaaang..!”
She hadn’t touched her pussy…
Hadn’t penetrated her urethra or anus…
But for the first time, just by squeezing and relaxing, she felt a pleasurable orgasm.
“Kkeuuuk..! Uuuuk..!”
Shuddering, Heo Seong-ah squirted a gush of arousal, biting her lip.
She didn’t climax fully, but felt satisfied for the first time in a long while.
“Hoo… haa…”
“Haha~ How does it feel~? It’s an amazing way to make the body sensitive without drugs~ You might get used to it and be able to endure it, but for now, like this~”
Tap-
“Kkiiiiiik!!”
She’d barely been holding on…
But when the owner bent the rod piercing by hand, her sphincter clenched again.
“Aang… aaaaang..! Ahk!”
Once again, the hellish Kegel exercise.
Clenching and relaxing, Heo Seong-ah experienced another orgasm, shaking as she squirted messily.
