“You’re here, Master.”
“Yes.”
This was a luxurious detached house somewhere in Seoul.
It was the residence of Ha Seonghun, the mayor of Seoul.
The woman greeting him was, simply put, a maid or, in other words, his secretary.
As Jang Minhee had said, Ha Seonghun was a man with a strong collector’s desire.
He absolutely had to possess anything he liked, and if he couldn’t have it, he’d rather destroy it. If he couldn’t have Jang Minhee in the past, he’d resolved to destroy her but then gave up, because when he finally had the power to do so, she was already old, and he no longer wanted her.
He wasn’t idle enough to destroy things he didn’t even want.
Creak
Ha Seonghun entered his room.
It was his bedroom, but there was a special secret here...
Clunk!
He pushed a bookshelf aside, revealing a hidden room behind it!
This room was fingerprint-locked only Ha Seonghun could enter.
Even his secretary couldn’t come in.
He had a hobby he couldn’t share with anyone.
This was also why he never married.
Step, step
As soon as he opened the door, stairs led down to a basement.
At the end was another locked door.
Beep-beep-beep
This time, he had to enter a password and use a key to open it.
The security was so tight, it was clear he intended to let no one else in.
When the door opened
Inside were the “things” Ha Seonghun, as mayor of Seoul, had collected for 20 years.
“...Now I can finally relax.”
Whenever he wanted to be alone, he always came here.
For Ha Seonghun, this was a place of peace.
From rare jewels to luxury goods,
Even artifacts that looked like ancient relics.
And at the very end...
“Ah, Daddy’s a bit late today. Have you been well...”
A girl with a breathing mask, eyes closed, floating in water.
“Daughter.”
The mayor of Seoul, who officially had no wife or girlfriend, calling someone “daughter”?
But he began treating this girl as if she were his own daughter.
“Today, I saw a girl who looked just like your mother... What a coincidence. And she says she likes me...”
He smiled at a girl who might be dead or alive, his behavior twisted.
“Daughter, you might have a new mom soon... Maybe even a sibling...”
After talking to himself for a long while, Ha Seonghun left the room.
A week later
Pyeon Minhee had been meeting with Seoul Mayor Ha Seonghun almost every day.
‘Good, I think he’s almost mine now.’
She was supremely confident dealing with ordinary people.
Even if it was the mayor of Seoul!
‘In the end, the mayor was just another dumb man... How funny.’
She laughed inwardly at the mayor.
Over the past week, anyone could see he was completely infatuated with her!
‘If this goes well... maybe the cult leader will...?’
Hehe.
She imagined the future where she conquered the mayor and Seoul City Hall fell under the Ja-Ae Cult’s control, and couldn’t help but smile.
‘If I’m responsible for over 90% of this, maybe I’ll get promoted to executive?’
“Something good must have happened.”
“Huh? Oh, it’s just... I’m happy to be with you, Mayor.”
Today, she was visiting Ha Seonghun’s house.
‘I don’t want to sleep with an old man...’
But for the cause, she could endure it.
It was already nearly 5 p.m.
‘Have dinner, get him drunk, then have sex.’
Then she’d tell him to take responsibility. Since he was so obsessed with her, he’d probably even marry her.
‘After that... I’ll figure it out.’
Honestly, she hadn’t thought further. Once the mayor was on the cult’s side, her job was done, right?
“Wow... This house is amazing!”
“Haha, I was lucky.”
It wasn’t an empty compliment. Though a bit remote, it was as grand as a medieval mansion.
There were even servants or maids, and the place was spotless.
“Master, dinner is ready.”
“Ah, Lady... Would you like to eat first?”
“Hmmm... It feels a bit early...”
“Or would you like to look around a bit more?”
Growl
“Ah...”
“...It’s probably best to eat first.”
“Yes...”
‘Ugh! Why did my stomach have to growl...’
Maybe because she’d only had a light lunch now it was 6 p.m., still a bit early for drinking.
‘I need to get him drunk...’
But her worries were unfounded. The table was already set with wine.
“This wine is only served for special guests. Please enjoy it.”
“Oh my...”
She felt like a noblewoman from old times.
‘Luxurious, elegant...’
The mayor had been very gentlemanly all week. He knew how to treat a woman, paid attention to every detail.
‘Honestly, I’m too good for him...’
But he was already in love with her. No matter what she did, he’d look at her with loving eyes.
‘And he’s richer than I thought.’
His age was a downside, but...
‘He’ll die before me anyway... When he does, all his money will be mine, right?’
She didn’t really mind sleeping with a middle-aged man.
She hadn’t known she was this open-minded...
But for a mayor, he just barely made the cut.
‘Fine, I’ll be generous and say he passes.’
“Here, eat while it’s warm.”
“Alright...”
She cut a piece of steak and ate it.
She’d never learned table manners, so she just copied what she’d seen in dramas.
“Cheers.”
Gulp
She took a sip of wine.
‘Wow, this wine is strong...’
But it was delicious.
As a result of drinking wine like water during dinner
“Hehe ”
She got completely drunk.
“Hehe.”
‘She really can drink...’
He’d heard Jang Minhee used to eat very little...
‘Maybe it’s someone else.’
She’d finished a whole bottle of wine.
It was even more impressive that she didn’t black out.
‘...Is she a superpowered person?’
“You’re quite drunk.”
Clap clap
The maids came to support Pyeon Minhee.
No, they were pretending to help, but actually doing something else.
It was a “egg extractor” made by a superpowered person supported by the mayor.
He didn’t know how it worked just that it could extract eggs without affecting the body.
It had passed clinical trials and was one of his favorite devices.
“Ugh? I feel weird...”
“Ah, the maids must have made a mistake.”
After the extraction was done, Ha Seonghun himself helped Pyeon Minhee.
The extracted eggs would be combined with his own sperm to create new life.
He did all this to possess everything about her.
If a woman got pregnant in her womb, the baby could be affected by her stress and other factors.
He wanted to raise the child “perfectly” himself.
His partner was a girl who looked exactly like Jang Minhee, whom he’d wanted for 20 years.
Ha Seonghun didn’t show it, but he was awash in dopamine.
In about a year, a life called “baby” would be born.
That child would be proof and a trophy that he’d “had” Jang Minhee.
It was how he satisfied his twisted possessiveness.
Swoosh
He laid Pyeon Minhee on the bed.
There was the body of the “prime” Jang Minhee he’d loved in the past.
‘...A virgin.’
He checked and found a hymen.
“Ugh...”
Pyeon Minhee twisted her body as if seducing him.
But once the mayor confirmed she was a virgin, he had no intention of touching her.
The Jang Minhee he loved was “pure,” untouched by anyone. Not someone who’d been sullied.
That included himself.
No matter how much he owned something, he didn’t want it if it had someone else’s fingerprints on it.
Snore snore
‘She’s asleep.’
Now all that was left was to decide what to do with her.
‘...I never want to go through that again.’
When he’d reunited with Jang Minhee after many years, it had been a disaster.
Her youthful body and looks were gone, replaced by an old, worn-out woman.
‘This is my last chance to make up for that.’
He wouldn’t let a daughter who looked just like her grow old.
‘She must always be beautiful...’
Forever.
After thinking alone and making up his mind
He went back to the bed and reached out a dark hand toward Pyeon Minhee
“...?”
But lying there was a woman who was not Jang Minhee.
‘What... is this?’
