The thoroughly sealed basement space.
For someone who had followed so obediently, Eintri looked nervous.
It was understandable.
She had just been told she would be bound tightly for her
training.
But she didn’t seem to realize she was about to experience far
more than she imagined.
Being tied up was only the beginning.
“Now, take off all your clothes.”
In the dark basement, the female knight looked powerless.
The maid outfit she wore now suited her better than her usual
armor or formal attire.
“Uh… y-yes…”
Her voice trembled, but she resisted less than before.
She seemed to have expected at least this much after coming down
to the basement.
Of course, her hands were shaking-she was trembling with
humiliation.
Just not refusing the order took considerable effort.
Wearing the maid outfit had been humiliating enough,
but now she couldn’t even wear that.
“I… I’ve taken everything off…”
Eintri was soon completely naked, not a thread left.
She didn’t even try to cover herself with her hands.
“You’re even prettier with your clothes off.”
A perfectly trained female knight’s body.
Smooth curves with firm muscles hidden beneath, radiating a strong
allure.
At a glance, it was hard to tell if she was a knight or a maid.
If attacked, she would activate her mana throughout her body,
but until then, she was just an ordinary beauty.
The face of the knight, who should have been confident, was
clouded with anxiety.
“Just stand there. I’m going to tie you up now.”
I brought out the rope I’d prepared and showed it to Eintri.
“That rope…”
“Are you scared now that you’re actually going to be tied up?”
“N-no…”
“Don’t worry. I’ll let you go later. Until then, though, I’ll tie
you so tightly you couldn’t escape even if you wanted to.”
It wasn’t an ordinary rope.
Even if Eintri tried her hardest, she wouldn’t be able to break
it.
Once tied up, she’d be more helpless than a child.
“If you’re going to be tied up and unable to do anything, is there
anything you want to do first?”
“No… I just… want to finish my training quickly so I can help
Master Theus with his work.”
She seemed to have gotten a little better at lying.
Even if she didn’t mean it, she sounded convincing.
Of course, inside, she probably just wanted it to be over quickly.
Otherwise, there’d be no reason to say she wanted to finish her
training fast.
‘She probably thinks she can break this rope if she tries.’
It looked like an ordinary rope.
It didn’t look tough enough that a knight couldn’t break it.
If she strengthened her muscles with mana, it seemed like she
could snap it easily.
But the fact that it looked ordinary was the trap.
I could read Eintri’s complacent thoughts.
‘She thinks she can escape if things get bad…’
She’d realize too late that she couldn’t resist.
By then, it would be far too late.
When her plan didn’t work, her anxiety would be multiplied many
times over.
“Put your hands behind your back.”
“Yes…”
Eintri obediently put her arms back.
I tied her arms tightly to restrict their movement.
One of the most important parts of resistance was now bound.
Even if she thought she could break free, it was only natural to
feel nervous.
Even a real maid would be nervous in this situation.
Seeing her body shrink slightly, I felt mischievous.
“Now you can’t move your arms, right?”
I tapped her unprotected bottom.
Her toned bottom, trained through discipline, was satisfying to
touch.
“Ahh…! Uh…!! Yes… I-I can’t move…”
Eintri’s arms trembled with humiliation.
But being bound, she couldn’t even reach for her sword.
She still thought she could break free anytime.
That only made it more fun for me.
“I’m not just tying your arms-I’m going to wrap your whole body.
Basically, except for walking, you won’t be able to do anything as a human.”
“But… then I won’t be able to work…”
“I told you. You can’t be given work until you finish your
training. Once it’s done, I’ll let you work, so focus on your training for
now.”
Like disciplining a disobedient animal, I tapped her bottom again.
She tried to avoid it, making her bottom shake in a way that was
nice to watch.
“You’re still not used to being treated like this, are you?”
“N-no…”
“You don’t have to lie. There’s nothing wrong with being a virgin,
and it’s natural to feel awkward doing maid work for the first time.”
This female knight was definitely a virgin.
Her reactions when I touched her bottom made it obvious.
No matter how upright her personality, she couldn’t completely
hide her embarrassment.
“I’m sorry… I… I’m not used to it…”
“Don’t worry. You’ll change once you’ve been trained.”
I bound Eintri’s whole body tightly with the rope.
To add to her shame, I made sure to emphasize her breasts as I
tied her.
She no longer looked like a knight at all.
Especially the area that had been stimulated by the beads on her
panties-
the rope now pressed into her slit where the beads had rubbed.
“Huu… I’ve never heard of being tied up like this…”
“It’s not just about immobilizing you-I also wanted to make you
look lewd. You can see for yourself, right? The rope is wrapped to emphasize
your chest.”
“Is this… really necessary for training…?”
“It’s a necessary step. I made the lower part tight on purpose, so
you’ll feel it pressing in every time you move.”
“Ugh… it feels too tight… could you loosen it a little…?”
“Your master did it for you, so you have to endure it, right?”
“I-I’ll endure it…”
Eintri looked away from her shameful body.
But this was only the beginning.
The purpose of the rope was just to seal her movement.
“Now you’ll live in the mansion like this. Got it?”
“Eh…?! L-like this…?”
“Think of it as an apprenticeship. You won’t be given work, but
unless I give you special instructions, you’ll follow me around.”
“But… looking like this…”
It was a lewd appearance she’d never want anyone else to see.
Her body’s charms were emphasized by the rope,
and all her private parts were exposed.
Anyone could see her sex and breasts standing out.
It was only natural she wanted to put her clothes back on.
I rather liked how she kept glancing at the maid outfit she
disliked before.
“My orders are absolute. Even if it’s embarrassing, you have to
endure at least this much.”
“Ugh…! Y-yes…”
Eintri swallowed her humiliation.
I could see her determination to endure no matter what.
If I hadn’t done anything more, she might have managed.
“Then I’ll apply some ointment, so stick out your pussy.”
“O-ointment…? What kind…?”
“It’s ointment for your pussy.”
To Eintri, it was a mysterious ointment.
The ointment I’d bought from Kaella was what’s commonly called an
aphrodisiac.
Applied to a woman’s body, it made her more sensitive and induced
a state of arousal.
It was said to be especially effective when applied to the pussy,
enhancing both shame and excitement.
“Applying ointment to my body…”
Eintri had some idea what this meant.
She knew it definitely wasn’t ordinary ointment.
“It’s for training, so it’s not harmful.”
“If Master wants it… then I should let you apply it…”
“Oh… and from now on, when I tell you to stick out your pussy, you
need to get used to doing it right away.”
For a female knight, it was a humiliating demand.
With her body tied up, she had no choice but to expose her pussy.
It was a humiliation far beyond simple surrender.
But with her body bound, refusing wasn’t an option.
“Please… apply the ointment… ugh…!”
Eintri, full of embarrassment, thrust her hips forward.
I generously applied the clear ointment to her pink slit.
“The effect is stronger than you think, so tell me if it gets too
much.”
“What do you mean…?”
“You’ll find out soon.”
She’d find out whether she liked it or not.
She’d soon feel an overwhelming urge to have her pussy rubbed and
penetrated.
She’d want to touch and thrust into herself,
but with her hands tied, she’d feel utterly helpless.
“Let’s wait a bit for the ointment to take effect.”
Eintri looked at me, not understanding.
But that only lasted a moment.
After a short while, subtle changes appeared on her face.
“Haa… huu… Master… this…”
“Why? Are you starting to feel it?”
“W-what kind of ointment did you use… may I ask…?”
“It’s just an aphrodisiac. It’s pretty strong, but it won’t drive
you mad.”
It was an aphrodisiac designed to push her right to the edge.
If you couldn’t move your hands, the effect was even stronger.
Your body would burn with desire, but you couldn’t satisfy
yourself.
Even if you felt overwhelming urges, you couldn’t find release.
You’d want to rub your pussy with your fingers, but you couldn’t.
You’d want to thrust into your hole, but you couldn’t.
The first goal of this training was to make her stomp her feet in
frustration.
“Haa… haa… huu… ugh…!!”
“How does your body feel now?”
“The area you applied it to… is hot… and so sensitive… ugh…!”
“It’s not just your pussy that’s sensitive, you know? This
ointment spreads quickly through your whole body.”
I gently tugged on Eintri’s nipples.
Even a light touch made her react intensely.
“Hii…!! Haa… huu… n-now… that…”
She looked surprised even at herself.
She realized just how sensitive her body had become.
Her face revealed both anxiety and a strange pleasure.
“I-I don’t think… I can endure this…”
“You have to try.”
Eintri’s body squirmed and writhed.
Even a female knight with strong willpower couldn’t withstand it.
She wiggled her bound hands, trying to stimulate herself.
She couldn’t get what she wanted.
All she could do was look at me with pleading eyes.
“Haa… huu… M-Master…”
Just begging was humiliating,
but the urge was eating away at her reason.
Even if she didn’t say it aloud, her eyes desperately pleaded for
me to touch her.
No matter how hard she tried to suppress her shame, it was
useless.
All her true feelings were written on the face of the once-proud
knight.
‘At first, I should do it for her.’
Once she felt pleasure, even the strongest wall would start to
crack.
