Willow and Faux Update 11 - Oh baby the colors!
🕑 Added 2025-05-10 13:13:44 +0000 UTCColors are done on Willow and Faux, 2 of the 3 backgrounds are completed (for the most part*). Next large step is sound, the smaller steps is some polish here and there.
*I have spent a long time just trying to make the scale of the characters feel right because I only noticed how wrong it all was AFTER I had already painted it lol.
The first omen. Look how small the TV feels here!
I did do some slight changes to see if scaling the background will help.
Eventually I decided to actually move around things even if it meant I’ll have to make the background larger and fill in the details.
Yes Faux we get it Willow is hot. STAND UP.
See that grey? That’s empty space lol. But looks how much better it is! She now looks properly short! Oh yea after I finish the animation I’ll also post the backgrounds as well. One of them will have a large dark spot (the one where Faux is making Willow finger herself). Since she doesn’t move from that spot I just painted the shadow on top.
See that depression, you can’t buy that you gotta earn it.

I mean might as well flaunt what you have, even if part of it is him trying to get settled in too But jokes aside, the backgrounds look nice after some fiddling to scale things properly, and the colors look good so far, nice to see the progress as it's coming along
