It possibly is a tad pretentious for a medieval-style inn, which didn't actually have taverns in them, just sleeping quarters, usually shared, and a place for meals, usually common, and especially so, if the actual inn part is just where the windows are (but this is Exiern, so it probably has satellite launching facilities and a holodeck).
