TURBO OVERKILL - SAW OF THESEUS
🕑 Added 2023-09-08 12:36:53 +0000 UTCBoomshoot season concludes with a massive, unrelenting assault on the senses. An Apogee throwback that melted my face off. A conscious disregard of the placement of any lines and a giddy excitement to cross them. 10-12 hours of shared madness in the glow of cyberpunk neon.
Had a lot of fun with this one and I hope it can, for about 45 minutes, distract everyone from Starfield, Bethesda's newest experiment in dragging my balls over broken glass for about 12 hours until the game congeals into something interesting. I'm a space cowboy now. Yet, despite a 10-year development cycle, there is no way to turn any of your character's limbs into a chainsaw, so the indie publishers win out again.
New STALKER episode after this, then spooky October videos. Hopefully two, but if not I'll put the second one out in November.
Cheers, kids,
-Civvie

If you'd like to have a different name in the credits than what you pledged with, leave me a comment, or DM me on here or Twitter or discord or whatever. If your name is wrong, not included, or anything else, shoot me a message calling me an asshole and telling me to fix it.
Or if you want one of those fancy colored names that everyone gets now if they want. The credits in the video are usually a couple of days behind the actual patron list so if you don't see your name, it will be in the next upload.

I left a comment to the effect on the youtube page but I just want to say I bought it on the strength of the first ten minutes of the video and oh my god it fucks so hard. I clocked up three hours last night and now any game without a chainsaw leg is going to have to make a really compelling argument for why it doesn't have one.

About that Futurama thing...fair.

Holy shit, that went so much harder than I thought it would. Also, I feel like the Daddy thing here might be karma for the Forgive Me Daddy bit ages ago.

I feel that. Destiny has a way of eching onto your soul.

gianni becoming a god and in a boomer shooter no less sums up his entire va carrier.

Uncle Civvie made another video to briefly save my soul from the ever tightening grip of corporate semiconductor manufacturing? Looks like today is NOT about delivering flashy next generation shader features to a company whose acronym is "SS". Cheers boys!

Turbo Overkill, eh? I figured this one would be coming out soon! I still have to try this one out (been sinking serious time into other games atm). Here's hoping for a Pro Turok series once Turok 3 releases :D

Let’s. Fucking. Go. This game gave me the pallet cleanse I needed after playing absolutely nothing but….Destiny 2 for the last 5 months lmao.
