After you have done all those steps, does CE table look like the image at top of this post? (the blue script checked and the green ones checked as well)

i tell you how i do it: i start ce. start the game and select the game in ce. then load a savegame and load the table in ce. here i can select the cheats i want and go back to the game. but nothing has changed and even after 5 rounds nothing works :( am i doing something wrong? i started a new game with orks and used an old necron and imperial one. no changes
