Byron said, “It hasn’t been five minutes.”

Cheyenne shushed them all.
Byron slowly pulled the lever, opened the door a crack, and slipped just his head outside. Sully asked him what he saw. Byron pulled his head back in and closed the door again. “All clear.”
Cheyenne said, “It’s been five minutes, Byron. I think we should go.”
“All right, already,” Byron said, opening the door and then slipping his head back out into the hall. Cheyenne loomed close to him, up on her tiptoes, two hands cupped over his shoulder. Byron’s wife was eager to dart across the hall.
Sully looked at Scarlet, showing her a perplexed expression. The evening wasn’t going at all like how he thought it would. Cheyenne had done an incredible job. It was all turning out so good—for a little while. It was wild to feel his wife’s friend’s mouth on him. Even with his eyes closed, he could tell it wasn’t Scarlet. Cheyenne did different things. Byron led the way—Byron had all the experience of visiting bedrooms in sneaky darkness—and then waited at the door, waving for them to hurry up. Their ringleader. Byron tested the handle and found it was unlocked. He levered the door open and poked his head inside. He waved them again, whispering, “All clear.”
All four of them gathered in the Weber’s master suite. The room was bigger than theirs. And he marveled at it for a moment, rolling his eyes around and taking it all in. Bigger bed, bigger space, even had a sliding glass door that led out to a balcony at the side of the yacht. There was a couch and a sitting table and two doorways that led into a big private bathroom. Cody and Carla didn’t have to get up in the middle of the night and get decent so they could go down the hallway to the shared bathroom. Of course, if Sully had his own private bathroom, none of this wild debauchery would’ve been discovered. And besides, he suspected that though they’d all chipped in for the vacation, it was Cody’s connection that got them the yacht, and he also thought that Cody and Carla had paid a bigger share.
Scarlet squeezed his elbow, and he turned to look at her. He said, “It’s a nice room, huh?”
“What are you, jealous?”
He whispered, “Aren’t you?”
“About the room?”
“What else?”
Scarlet’s mouth twisted to one side and dimpled at the corner as she studied him with a furrowed brow.
He said, “I’m not jealous.”
She said, “I’m not jealous either.”
“About the room?”
Scarlet narrowed her eyes. “About anything.”
“You sure?”
Scarlet’s expression softened, and she got really close to him. She whispered in his ear, “It turned me on. You looked so fucking hot.”
She lowered to her heels and turned to look around the room, leaving him in the wake of one of the most salacious things his wife had ever said to him. She’d left him reeling. It was exciting and complementary and he felt like a million bucks. He couldn’t help smiling, beaming at the back of her head. He took her by the elbow and brought her back and kissed her on the mouth. Scarlet melted against him, her hands exploring.
He said, “I’m nowhere near as hot as you are.”
She returned to her same old masterful Scarlet, saying, “Don’t you forget it,” and patting his cheek, giving him a confident smile.
He held her hand, and said to Byron, “What are we supposed to do?”
Cody and Carla weren’t in the room, but someone was in the bathroom. There were no doors to the bathroom. It was open on both sides with two archways, and steam billowed and the shower ran. Just as he’d said it, the shower turned off. Then Cody’s voice: “You guys there?”
Cheyenne bristled, twisting her hands together and wriggling her toes. Byron stepped near the doorway and said, “We’re here.”
Cody said, “Get comfortable. I’ll be right out.”
Byron gave them a thumbs up and returned to the group. Sully noticed Byron was still packing a 100% hard-on in his swim trunks. He couldn’t believe Byron was actually going to do this. Then Cody’s voice: “That you, Ms. Susan?”
Sully looked to Scarlet with a puzzled expression, mouthing, What the fuck?

He didn’t ask any more questions. Whatever. He said back to Scarlett, “Are we supposed to be here?”
“She said to come.”
“Was she being polite?”
“No, she wants us here.”

He said, “You’re going to stay?”
“What, you’re going to stay and I’m not going to stay?”
“That’s not what I mean. I just mean…”
“Let’s take a seat on the couch,” she said.
He narrowed his eyes, but let it go. “Okay,” he said, and still holding hands, they stepped to the side of the room and sat on the couch.
Byron guided Cheyenne to sit on the bed. He moved to the side table and took a chair there, across from Scarlet and Sully. Sully looked at the bed. So that was Carla’s bed. Sully softened, easing back into the couch seat with her and putting an arm around her shoulders. “I feel like we shouldn’t be here.”
“We’re definitely not leaving,” she said, and laughed into Sully’s chest.

Okay, this was a damn good setup, KT. And I love Scarlet and Sully here. Especially Scarlet. Damn did I misjudge her. Sully won't have it easy with Philippe, but Scarlets response to watching Sully is very uplifting in that she's not just willing, but will actually enjoy reciprocating the sharing aspect. Hopefully Chey takes something from this experience beyond just selfishly absorbing the gift she's being given and it helps her be a better person, because right now, she in no way deserves the love Byron is heaping on her, given how deceitful, jealous and ungiving she's been.
