Pretty sure it's your imagination. The Hannah model hasn't been changed for any of those images. As for Alice being modelled on anyone, the answer is no. With the exception of one character, TAFKA Lacy , who was loosely modelled on someone I used to know, none of the characters are meant to look like anyone in particular. Hannah is named after a feedee I had the pleasure to date a few years back, but doesn't look anything like her.
