There is now an excellent FAQ/Walkthrough for this , very kindly written by Krodmandoon, in the game thread over on the Weightgaming forum. If you get stuck, or just want a few gameplay tips, feel free to check it out. You don't need an account and there are loads of excellent games to discover if you take a look around the site :)

There will almost certainly be an android version of the game once it's finished. I'd strongly not recommend trying to play the current version using Joiplay though. It seems to cause a lot of issues.

0.8 won't be a public version. It's more of a test to check that all the recoding works properly. It's actually a lot shorter than 0.7, so there wouldn't be a lot of point releasing it anyway.
