I got distracted this week by an idea. Someone posted a picture of half-dressed bear characters, including a bunch of cartoon bears and then one shirtless human "bear." In text it wondered why all these bears were never fully clothed. I pointed out Smokey, who was the only other bear besides the human who had pants. Smokey confirmed has something to wear pants over, and it all rolled on from there. This comic is based on a PSA, featuring a fisherman, I took some liberties with it. Small distraction from my normal work. Hope you guys like huge intimidating forest ranger bears.
